Return Policy

  • Returns can be made up to 30 Days from the date the item is delivered
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return postage

 

Online Return Process:

  1. Ensure original condition and packaging and within 30 days
  2. Email The Store of Requirement at magic@thestoreofrequirement.com.au
  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  4. Pack item in secure packaging
  5. Include copy of invoice and refund details

 

Please allow 3 days from the day your return is received for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment only.

 

Damages and issues
