Celebrate your young witch or wizard’s special day with an enchanting experience at The Store of Requirement! Choose from three magical party packages, designed to delight and immerse your guests in the world of Harry Potter.

All Birthday Party Packages Include:

Every party package comes with everything you need to make the celebration truly magical. You’ll receive a printable themed invitation template to set the tone, and on the big day, guests will be welcomed with a Sorting Ceremony to discover their Hogwarts house. 

The fun continues with wizarding trivia games and a choice of themed party activities with each guest taking home a special treat from their chosen activity. 

A friendly, in-character Party Host will guide the adventure, while you and your guests enjoy a fully decorated, immersive party room that brings the Wizarding World to life

  • ‘A Touch of Magic’

    Party Package $490

    A simple and delightful party with one hands-on activity and plenty of themed fun.

    Duration:

    • Room hire: 1 hour
    • Party Host: 1 hour

    Includes one of the following activities:

    • Potion Making - 2 take-home potion samples per guest (Recommended for ages 8+), or
    • Wand Decorating - Each guest creates and takes home their wand
  • ‘Magical Mischief’

    Party Package $690

    A more indulgent party with time to enjoy sweet treats and magical games.

    Duration:

    • Room hire: 1.5 hours
    • Party Host: 1 hour

    Includes one of the following activities:

    • Potion Making - 2 take-home potion samples per guest (Recommended for ages 8+), or
    • Wand Decorating - Each guest creates and takes home their wand

    Also includes:

    • Party Pack for each guest consisting of a pack of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans and a Cupcake
    • 2 x Jugs of Magical Elixir Refreshments
  • ‘Enchanted Extravaganza’

    Party Package $840

    The ultimate experience with both magical activities and extra time to enjoy it all.

    Duration:

    • Room hire: 2 hours
    • Party Host: 1.5 hours

    Includes both of the following activities:

    • Potion Making - 2 take-home potion samples per guest (Recommended for ages 8+)
    • Wand Decorating - Each guest creates and takes home their wand

    Also includes:

Magical Elixir Jugs

(Serves approx 8) - $8 per jug

Quench your guests’ thirst with our shimmering, ice-cold Magical Elixirs. Each jug is mixed with edible shimmer for a dazzling, magical effect and served over ice to keep it chilled throughout the party

  • Love Elixir - Raspberry Cordial

Parent Potion Pass

Give the grown-ups a little magic of their own!

Our Parent Potion Passes are $10 gift cards for The Owlery Café.

Add as many as you like when you book and we’ll hand them over when you check‑in.

Your guests can simply present their pass at the café counter to claim a coffee, butterbeer inspired brew or a tasty treat - no Muggle money required!

Extra Room Hire

$100 per 30 minutes

Make your magical party experience last even longer with Extra Room Hire perfect for stretching out those special moments.

Whether you want extra time for:

  • Enjoying food and refreshments 
  • Singing “Happy Birthday” together
  • Eating cake without the rush
  • Opening presents in comfort
  • Or simply soaking in the magical atmosphere

You can add additional room hire time in 30-minute blocks to fit your party’s unique needs.

Because the best memories don’t have to end when the activities do! Giving your guests more relaxed time means less stress and more magic - plus, it’s a wonderful way to extend the celebration and make everyone feel truly special.

Our party packages are designed to comfortably host up to 12 young witches and wizards, but magic loves company - so you can add up to 4 extra guests for just $30 each.

That means up to 16 little spellcasters can join in the fun, laughter, and adventure! 

Why add extra guests?

Because every extra friend means more magical memories - and more smiles around the party table. Plus, we’ll set up extra tables so everyone has a cozy spot to join the celebration.

3. Secure Your Spot

Pay a $100 deposit to lock in your booking.

4. Celebrate!

We’ll send your invitation template and handle the rest.

Terms & Conditions

To help keep every celebration safe, smooth, and magical, please take a moment to review the following terms before your party.

Guests & Hosting

  • Parties are catered for 12 guests (with options up to 16).
  • Each party will be hosted by a dedicated party host.
  • All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Our hosts are here to make your experience wonderful. We do not accept any form of disrespectful behaviour towards them

Deposit & Payments

  • A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if the party is cancelled at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date
  • Final payment is due 24 hours prior to the party date.

Date Changes & Cancellations

  • Party dates may be transferred at no charge if the guest of honour or a close contact tests positive to COVID-19.
  • Any other date changes must be made within 2 weeks of the original party date.
  • No discounts will be provided for parties with fewer than 12 guests.

Venue & Decorations

  • Our enchanted Classroom is already beautifully decorated to set the scene for your magical celebration. You’re most welcome to bring along a few extra touches, such as balloons, but no further decorations are needed
  • Guests are responsible for removing all rubbish at the conclusion of the party.

Damage & Breakages

  • Any and all breakages must be paid for.
